The site describes DPDP readiness and our technology implementation services in general terms. It is not legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Whether and how the Digital Personal Data Protection framework applies to your organisation, and from when, depends on the relevant provisions and your circumstances: take advice from qualified legal counsel.

The self-assessment is an educational, indicative screen based only on your own answers. Its snapshot, priorities and report are not a legal opinion, compliance audit, certification, compliance percentage or finding of violation, and they do not establish that your organisation is or is not compliant.

You are responsible for the answers you give and for any decision you take on the result. Please do not enter personal data: the questions never need it.

The site's text, design, graphics, the assessment and its questions, and the Eliteware name and logo belong to Eliteware or its licensors. You may view and share pages, and use the report you download, for your own organisation’s internal reference; any other use needs our written permission.

• Do not scrape or copy the site at scale
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful

The site links to our main website, our sister practices, our social media profiles and official government sources such as the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it and the self-assessment “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Eliteware is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from the self-assessment’s result, or from relying on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from that date.
