Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can, use it only to answer you and run this site, and never sell it. Your self-assessment answers never leave your browser. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Scope
This policy covers dpdp-compliance.elitewaresolutions.com, the DPDP Readiness site of Eliteware Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Eliteware”, “we”), Center Point 401, RC Dutt Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara 390007, Gujarat, India. It applies to the information we receive when you browse this site, use its self-assessment or contact us from it.
Our main website, elitewaresolutions.com, has its own privacy policy. Any engagement that follows a conversation is governed by its own agreement.

The self-assessment
The DPDP readiness self-assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your industry, organisation size and answers are used only to show your snapshot and to build the report you choose to download. They are not sent to us or to anyone else, not stored in cookies or browser storage, and they are gone when you leave or reload the page.
The assessment asks only high-level questions about your organisation’s processes. It never needs names, customer records, passwords or any personal datasets.
Where analytics is enabled, we record only that the assessment was started, completed, restarted or a report downloaded: never your answers, industry, size or result.

This site has no accounts and no forms of its own. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

- Meet legal, accounting and tax obligations under Indian law
We process personal data with your consent, which you give by contacting us, or for other lawful purposes permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Service providers
A few providers process data for us, only to run the services named here:

Some of these providers may process data outside India. We use them under their standard data-processing terms, and only as far as each service needs.

Cookies
The site sets no cookies for its own features, and the self-assessment uses none. Analytics, where enabled, may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires, whichever is longer. Then we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (Section 08).

Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we process about you
- Have it corrected, completed, updated or erased
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
- Raise a grievance about how we handle your data
Write to info@elitewaresolutions.com. We acknowledge every request and act on it within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, with security headers that limit what it can load. Access to the data we hold is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. A significant change will also be highlighted on the site.
